We accept order cancellations prior to shipment. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Cancellation Fees
If you cancel an order after purchase, a processing fee of $1.50 will be charged.

Looking to Return? Don't forget: our goal is to provide a fit that feels like a second skin! If you want to achieve the look featured in our promotional photos, your new swimwear should feel snug—please consult our guide to understand the intended level of compression for each specific style. Additionally, before deciding whether a particular style is right for you, please ensure you’ve taken care of any tan lines—this is crucial! A second try-on can make a world of difference. Once you’ve worn the suit wet a few times—allowing it to air-dry naturally while on your body—it will mold to your form. It will stretch exactly where pressure is applied, effectively becoming a custom-tailored piece that perfectly contours to your unique shape and curves.

Like lingerie, swimwear is considered a personal hygiene item. Since a significant portion of returned merchandise cannot be resold, we ask for your understanding regarding our recommendation: please refrain from trying on swimwear at home. Furthermore, we conduct rigorous inspections on all returned items; therefore, please ensure you try on your swimwear *after* showering and *before* applying any lotions, creams, cosmetics, or deodorants. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and a processing fee of $1.50 will be applied to each return.

Return Conditions
We are happy to accept returns in exchange for store credit; however, please ensure you strictly follow the instructions below before shipping your items back to us. If you decide not to keep the items, we ask that you treat them with the same care and respect that we do.

1) Swimwear must be in "brand new" condition—unwashed, unworn, and unused.
2) Each item must be neatly folded and placed inside its corresponding fabric pouch. Additionally, please include a note stating your Order Number to facilitate verification by our warehouse staff. Returns cannot be processed without this identifying information.
3) Your swimwear must retain its original black size tag. Furthermore, the hygienic liners on any returned bikini bottoms or one-piece swimsuits must remain intact.
4) Once you have shipped your return, it is your responsibility to monitor your tracking number to confirm when the package arrives at our facility. Mylswimwear cannot be held liable for any lost or delayed shipments. If you have concerns regarding this, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your return package. Please note that we do not send immediate notifications upon receipt of your returned items.

We thoroughly inspect all returned items. We ask that you treat your swimwear with the same care and respect that we do. We frequently receive returns bearing traces of deodorant, body lotion, self-tanner, or makeup, as well as distinct odors (such as cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, perfume, etc.). We will not accept such returns; in these instances, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and associated handling fees. Depending on the severity of the staining or damage, we may be unable to accept the return of the entire order. Given the delicate nature of swimwear, the only way to avoid such issues is to try on the garments while wearing clean underwear, immediately after showering, and *before* applying any body lotions, oils, or cosmetics.

Refunds
Once we have received the returned product and confirmed that it is free of defects or issues, we will submit a refund request within 24 hours.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, we will charge a processing fee of $2 USD per item. By confirming your payment, you agree to fulfill your purchasing obligations.

Exchanges
We do not offer product exchange services.

Modifying Your Order
We will make every effort to modify your order; however, as we strive to ship orders within 24 hours, we may not be able to review your request in time.

Defective or Damaged Items
We hope this never happens, but if you believe your swimwear is defective or damaged, please accept our apologies. Please submit a return request via our online portal and select "Defective/Damaged" as the reason for the return; you must attach photos of the defective or damaged item. Our customer support team will contact you first to arrange a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will process a refund for you. We aim to streamline this process; therefore, if you can provide photos immediately, we should be able to resolve the issue right away.
